Solution
The bot welcomes the user, accepts a code word, delivers a TXT prompt, identifies an area of interest, collects an individual request and sends the confirmed enquiry to an administrator after preview.

The funnel is deployed and tested: confirmed enquiries reach the administrator, sources are attributed and reporting is available in the administrative layer. This is a technical outcome, not a revenue or conversion claim.
